  2. Potential design suggestions or possible improvements.
  3. Material and process selection.

4

Order Prototype

Once the material and process have been selected, order a prototype to see your concept design come to life for the first time.

5

Development of 3D Designs

Following the analysis of the first prototype, the 3D CAD designs are developed using the latest 3D modelling software.

6

The 3D modelling software will provide greater design details which need to be approved. You can also view our 3D models in our virtual reality suite to analyse user experience.

7

Manufacture Prototype

Following 3D modelling and review of design details, the second prototype is developed for final client assessment before full-scale manufacture starts.

8

Client Assessment Review Modifications and Changes

Using the second prototype is an opportunity to make final modifications and changes before manufacturing commences.

9

Batch Production

The initial batch production gives the first look at the concept being manufactured on a larger scale.

10

Delivery of Regular Production

Client receives delivery of the first batch from production.

11

Design Reviews

Following the delivery of the first batch, a design review will be held. Client feedback or changes can be implemented if required before further batches are to be manufactured.
