Stainless steel bollard designed for creating temporary access restriction. Used as an alternative to telescopic bollards. Lockable hinged cover tread plate to protect enclosure body. Bollard can either sit in upright position or put away in enclosure body when not in use to reduce trip hazard risk for pedestrians.
