The Brief
We are experienced in pulling together large scale projects combining a number of pieces of equipment into a processing solution for a variety of industries. This example is for a food processing project.
This project combines a double column tipper which feeds a vibratory conveyor. Product is then transported up to a gantry using a high speed bucket tipper. A separate Eurobin high speed tipper also lifts product up to a gantry. The two high speed tippers then feed a multihead weigher via two vibratory conveyors ensuring an even feed and distribution of product.
Our design team created a system that is designed to reduce the risk of injury to employees caused by manual handling whilst increase efficiency and speed in production. We have a virtual reality room where your projects can be viewed in 3D for ergonomic and spatial consideration.
